Mandorlo di Sicilia from Acqua di Parma's Blu Mediterraneo line was launched in 1999 and captures the sunlit mood of Sicily in a floral-oriental composition. The opening pairs green almond with bergamot, orange and star anise for a fresh, softly sweet and aromatic start. In the heart, white peach, ylang-ylang and jasmine add a smooth, refined fullness. The base of Bourbon vanilla, tolu balsam, white musk and cedar closes creamy-warm with a gentle woody trail. Intensity and longevity sit in the moderate range, making it a natural daytime signature that works through spring and summer as well as milder autumn days.
