The opening is fresh yet mineral: juicy grapefruit peel against the sweet woodiness of maple syrup, lifted by a distinctive lava accord and earthy mineral facets. The heart brings aromatic contrast with creamy tonka bean, spicy pimento and slightly herbaceous bourbon geranium, keeping the composition masculine and easy to wear. A base of creamy sandalwood, dry cedarwood and dark patchouli delivers a long-lasting, present trail. Created by perfumer Violaine Collas, Primo pairs raw natural character with the elegance of classic Italian perfumery. It performs best in autumn and winter and suits evening wear, while the fresh top notes keep it wearable through transitional seasons.
